Regional Support Specialists

As part of C-Tech’s continuing effort to serve you better, we’ve added some support specialists to our team. They’re the ones you’ll call with your questions or student kit supply requests.

Lori Luba covers the West.  She joined C-Tech this past October.  She has over 20 years’ experience in Customer Service, and is pleased to join the RSS team.  She looks forward to speaking to all of you.

Barbara Reynolds covers the East.  Barbara joined C-Tech this past October along with Lori.  She’s got a background in Customer Service as well, and is eager to to put her experience to good use for C-Tech customers.

Megan Cosgrove heads up the RSS team, and also covers New York City accounts.  She’s been at C-Tech for four years.  Some of you may have worked with her in the past. We’re here to support you.
