Teamwork at Tawanka

When federal money became available to train disadvantaged young people, the Bucks County Office of Employment and Training put together a request for proposals.  They were looking for a training course that taught skills in demand by industry, like problem-solving, initiative and attention to detail.  The course had to have a measurable impact on the young people who took it.
