Communications Pathways Series™ Introducing technology is on the forefront of just about every school's agenda. It's right up there with addressing the cross-curricular requirements being mandated at the Federal level. For the first time, there are programs available that not only address these two very important issues, but do it using the communications technology that students are exposed to on a daily basis; in school, at home and everywhere they look. C-Tech offers a series of 6 stand-alone mini-programs that utilize Telecommunications to introduce technology to middle and high school students. These 8-10 hour, cross-curricular programs will excite all your students with hands-on activities and text-based learning with recommended web-based investigations. They can be utilized as a stand-alone Technology component, or incorporated into your science classes. Your math, language arts and history teachers can also include these programs into their classes. Are you looking to create excitement at the middle and high schools for your skills-based programs? Are you looking at creating articulation agreements or complying with No Child Left Behind? Are you looking for programs that address federal and state standards? These programs will fulfill your requirements. By sticking to what we do best short-term, easy-to-store, portable labs - we have been able to create a series of programs unlike anything schools have seen before. By integrating the concepts behind the communications systems that we rely on, yet take for granted, with math, science, language arts and history, the Communications Pathways Series™ (CPS) will provide a solid educational foundation as well as assist in the development of critical thinking skills for your students. We invite you to learn more about these programs by visiting the CPS website, attending one of our informative online seminars, or requesting a CD-ROM.
