"You should think of us as your SCOUT Team," states Greg Sirico, Director of Account Services.  "We want to Service your Concerns with Opportunities, Updates and Training in the latest technology C-Tech has to offer."

The Account Services Team was created in order to provide you, our Customers, with a one-stop contact point to immediately answer questions and provide guidance.  "It's not always easy to contact your Regional Sales Manager, who spends a great deal of time out in the field," explains Mike Brady, Vice President of Operations.  "This Team is on-site and prepared to answer your questions and provide guidance as you implement your programs."

The Team is headed up by Greg Sirico.  Since joining C-Tech, Greg [c | t | f  May, 2002 (vol.9, p.4)], has made many significant contributions, including providing the foundation for our Integrated Systems: Voice & Messaging program.  Judy, who joined C-Tech in 1999, has been responsible for Customer Service for the past 2 years.  Janeen has been in integral part of the Sales Team as an Inside Sales Representative for a number of years spending a lot of time working with developing and supporting customers in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states.  Bob has been with us now for 2-1/2 years, where he spent much of his time in the Marketing Department.  Bob sees this as a natural transition and progression from the work he was doing under the guise of Marketing.  Megan, one of the newest members of the C-Tech Family, joined us in January, 2002, as a part-time Receptionist.  It wasn't long before she was working full-time and recruited by Greg to assist in the development and coordination of the ISVM program. This past Fall, Megan was promoted to Inside Sales Representative.

Over the past 2 months, the Team has been contacting all of our Customers.  They are here to assist you and your training facility with the successful implementation of your C-Tech programs.  Please call them directly if you have any questions or concerns.
