PA Schools Featured at Career WeekOn February 11-12, students, instructors, administrators and government officials in Pennsylvania had the opportunity to learn about successful technology education programs being offered within the state. Inside the Capitol building in Harrisburg, a select number of schools were given the opportunity to demonstrate successful programs. We would like to acknowledge the students and instructors from Central Westmoreland [c | t | f May, 2001 (vol.5, p.1)] and SUN Area [c | t | f May, 2002 (vol.9, p.2)] Career and Technology Centers for their continued success with the C-Tech programs.
"My students and I really enjoyed participating in Career Education Week at the capital," shares William Shipe, Instructor-Electrical Systems Technology, SUN Area Career & Technology Center. "It was good to see fellow technology instructors and students from other schools and especially because other schools had their C-Tech equipment on display and we got to talk with them regarding the C-Tech curriculum." |
