In Light Voyagers, project-based learning activities allow students to discover how light can be manipulated to do what we want it to do. Students learn what can happen in a light year, and in a light nanosecond, and explore how the sciences of Optics and Mathematics combine. Using a real LASER and C-Tech’s innovative Optical Simulator, they measure reflection, dispersion, and calculate angles of incidence. Students follow the Scientific Method to form hypotheses, perform experiments and verify their results.
